Orders

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details when placing an order. Prices and available delivery charges are displayed before you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the items we cannot supply. If we identify an error in a product description or price affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it before proceeding.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe our products accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted. Nothing in these terms affects your right to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Delivery

Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of your order. Please contact us promptly if a delivery is delayed or your delivery details need correcting. Goods remain our responsibility until they come into your physical possession, or that of a person you nominate to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our return and refund policy explains how to cancel an eligible order, return goods and request a refund. For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation before delivery or within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Exceptions may apply to clearly personalised goods and certain sealed hygiene goods once unsealed. These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty or not as described. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used when you visit our website or place an order.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform through which we offer our products. Purchases from this store are transactions between you and The Glitter Braid Bar. We are responsible for the products we sell, fulfilling your order and handling questions, returns and refunds relating to your purchase.
