Meet Harrie, the founder and creative force behind The Glitter Braid Bar. Harrie started the business to make hairstyling feel like a celebration, not just an appointment, bringing a love of colour, glitter finishes and themed details to every braid. From a little extra sparkle to bold, character-inspired styles, she creates playful looks that help children and adults feel special, and she has built a team of four stylists who share her care, creativity and attention to detail.

Bernice is incredibly talented, specialising in natural hair braiding, extension braids, sew‑in weaves, crochet braids and twists. With years of experience running her own London salon, her skill and knowledge truly speak for themselves. She’s also a qualified teacher and currently works in education, which makes her amazing with children — and I know this from personal experience because both of mine absolutely love her. At The Glitter Braid Bar, we strive for inclusivity across all hair types, and having an expert in Type 3 & Type 4 hair on our team is such a privilege.

Trained with the iconic Toni & Guy, she has mastered precision styling, creative techniques, and the kind of detail that only comes from decades behind the chair. Her expertise spans editorial‑level braiding, festival looks, children’s styles, and high‑glam finishes. Leah’s approach is calm, confident, and highly skilled — the stylist you trust when you want your hair to look flawless and stay flawless. With her blend of classic training and modern creativity, Leah elevates every braid, bubble, twist, and glitter look into something genuinely special.
